Brian Tveitnes serves as the Chief Administrative Officer for ClearWater Solutions. Reporting to the CEO, he is responsible for directing the strategic and day-to-day functions and activities of the People & Culture Department (Human Resources), as well as providing oversight of the Marketing and IT Departments and Fleet Management. Such responsibilities include employee recruitment and retention, employee engagement, HRMS implementation, M & A due diligence, organizational development, performance management and career development, employee compliance, compensation, and benefits.
Brian possesses four years of water and wastewater experience and 15 years of human resources experience. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business/Human Resources and multiple HR certifications. After leaving the water and wastewater industry briefly in 2020, he spent a year and a half working for Winchester Ammunition in Independence, MO. In this role he supported over 1,600 employees in a manufacturing environment. Brian is passionate about HR because it enables him to help people while also serving as a partner for the organization, and he enjoys seeing the direct impact of effective HR in resolving employee concerns.
