As Chief Executive Officer of ClearWater Solutions, Bryce Mendenhall provides strategic leadership, overseeing operations, growth initiatives, client partnerships, and organizational excellence. He is committed to fostering a culture centered on safety, environmental stewardship, operational efficiency, and exceptional service to the communities CWS serves.
Bryce brings more than 30 years of experience in the water and wastewater industry, with extensive expertise in both municipal and privately owned utility systems. Prior to becoming CEO, he served as Chief Operating Officer at ClearWater Solutions, leading the company’s Public and Private Divisions.
Before joining CWS, Bryce spent seven years with Corix Regulated Utilities, serving as President of Sunshine Water Services (Florida), President of the Mid-Atlantic Division (Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey), and Vice President of Operations overseeing North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. He also dedicated more than 24 years to local government, including 18 years as a Utilities Director, where he led infrastructure improvements, regulatory compliance initiatives, and utility operations for growing communities.
