Hannon Hired as new VP of Shared Services

We are pleased to announce that Reese Hannon has joined CWS as our new Vice President of Shared Services.  Reese comes to us from Carolina Water Service of North Carolina Inc. where he served as the company’s Chief of Staff to the President. At CWS he will be responsible for leading and managing the following corporate shared service functions:  marketing and communications, fleet management, facilities management, information technology, strategy, and operational technology.  Reese is an experienced Strategy and Communications professional who also has a strong project management and change management background.

Among Reese’s early objectives with CWS is to further develop our Strategic Plan portfolio management and communications, as well as to work with Brian Tveitnes (Vice President of People & Culture) on the human resource processes needed to effectively cascade the Strategic Plan Objectives throughout the organization. Reese will also be working with Bryce Mendenhall and the Operations leaders to provide the strategic communications support needed to reenforce our Safety Value and continue building our Safety Culture.

Reese is a graduate of Furman University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Religion. He also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Clemson University.  Reese and his wife, Jessica, reside in Greenville, SC with their daughter, Eleanor.
