ClearWater Solutions recently welcomed water and wastewater professionals from across West Tennessee for a tour of the water and wastewater treatment facilities at the Megasite Authority of West Tennessee site.

The day began with the West Tennessee Chapter of the Tennessee Water and Wastewater Association (TWWA) quarterly meeting, held at the newly constructed Tennessee College of Applied Technology (TCAT) center in Stanton, Tennessee. The impressive training facility provided a great setting for industry professionals to connect, share knowledge, and hear from guest presenters, including Scott Daniel of Ardurra Engineering, who served as the consulting engineer responsible for designing the Megasite’s wastewater treatment plant, as well as Special Agent Steven Isbell, with the TN Department of Safety & Homeland Security on the importance of cybersecurity.

Following the meeting, approximately 30 water and wastewater professionals and four State of Tennessee officials toured the Megasite’s water and wastewater treatment plants. The visit provided an opportunity to showcase the facilities and highlight the important work CWS performs in operating and maintaining these critical systems.

“Hosting fellow industry professionals and state officials was a great opportunity for CWS to share our work,” stated Project Manager Scott Baker. “We were able to strengthen industry relationships and demonstrate our commitment to reliable water and wastewater operations. It was a great day for CWS as a leader in the water industry.”
