ClearWater Solutions is pleased to announce a new partnership with the Town of Autaugaville, which officially began on June 8.  This contract includes managing and visits seven days a week. The scope of the contract also includes changing out chlorine gas cylinders at the wells as needed, replacing chemicals needed at the wastewater treatment plant, completing documentation and submitting reports to ADEM, performing all required sampling, and attending any ADEM inspections.

Prior to partnering with CWS, Autaugaville utilized a subcontracted Operator of Record model, which created a separation between utility operations and Town leadership. Desiring a more collaborative approach, Autaugaville leadership began exploring alternative solutions.

According to Alabama State Director Torrey Jones, “The opportunity began through a simple conversation among municipal leaders. The Mayor of Autaugaville reached out to the Mayor of Billingsley for recommendations and insight into utility partnerships. After hearing positive feedback about CWS and the support we provide, an introduction was made and we began discussing their needs and how CWS could best support their goals. A proposal was developed and finalized within just a few days. This partnership highlights the importance of maintaining relationships and the value of delivering exceptional service to our communities.”

We are excited to welcome the Town of Autaugaville to the CWS family and look forward to building a strong, successful partnership for years to come.
