ClearWater Solutions is excited to welcome Andy Kennemer to the CWS team as our new Area Manager for East Alabama!
Andy brings more than 12 years of experience in wastewater operations, team leadership, customer service, and regulated utility environments. An Alabama-based ADEM Grade III wastewater operator, Andy has built his career around safe, reliable, and compliant operations while supporting employees, clients, contractors, and agency partners.
Most recently, Andy served as Alabama Operations Manager for Integra Water, where he provided oversight for wastewater treatment and collection operations across the state. His experience includes lift stations, force mains, maintenance, emergency response, compliance and reporting, budgeting, contractor coordination, and performance improvement. He also brings a strong background in developing teams through training, coaching, mentoring, and certification advancement.
In his new role with CWS, Andy will help support our East Alabama operations, employees, and clients, bringing his operational knowledge, leadership experience, and commitment to safety and accountability to the team.
