As Chief Financial Officer of ClearWater Solutions, Wayne Holt leads the company’s financial strategy with a focus on sustainable growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation. With more than 25 years of financial leadership experience across the energy and infrastructure sectors, he brings deep expertise in guiding complex organizations through periods of transformation, expansion, and innovation.
Before joining ClearWater Solutions, Wayne directed all financial operations for a multi-divisional, $400M annual field-based construction and maintenance services business within a global energy OEM. In this role, he oversaw financial planning and analysis, operational controls, capital management, and strategic initiatives that enhanced efficiency and profitability across geographically dispersed teams.
Wayne holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Western New England University and a Master of Business Administration from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
