Effective July 1, Houston Black has assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO), filling the
position vacated following Bryce Mendenhall’s appointment as CEO.

As a valued member of the ClearWater team for more than 16 years, Houston has
successfully served in numerous leadership positions throughout the organization,
including Project Manager, Area Manager, and Regional Manager. He also held the title
of Chief Operating Officer from 2019 until 2023 at which time he was named Executive
Vice President of the Capital Management Solutions Division, where he played a key
role in budgeting, strategic planning, and team development. His deep understanding of
our company, our people, and our operations makes him uniquely positioned to lead
day-to-day operations as COO.

“I’m excited to step back into the role of COO,” said Houston. “Bryce and I have worked
closely together on the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) over the past three years, and
I have the utmost respect for him as a leader. I look forward to continuing our work as
we build on ClearWater Solutions’ growth and success.”

“This CEO/COO leadership model reflects a structure that has historically driven strong
performance, clear accountability, and sustainable growth across our organization,”

added Bryce. “In fact, by reestablishing these dedicated leadership roles, we are
strengthening our ability to support our employees, serve our clients, and execute our
long-term strategic vision.”

Please join us in congratulating Houston on his well-deserved promotion.
