One such example occurred on February 26, 2026, when CWS’s Lanett team learned that the Alabama Department of Environmental Management (ADEM) had received two complaints related to sanitary sewer overflows. While ClearWater Solutions’ scope of service in Lanett is limited to the operation and maintenance of the wastewater treatment facility—and does not include the City’s collection system—our staff stepped in to provide administrative support to City personnel. The team assisted with completing and submitting the required SSO reports to ADEM, demonstrating a commitment to going above and beyond in support of our client, the City of Lanett.
