CWS Movers and Shakers

We have quite a few CWS team members who are “moving and shaking”!  Congratulations to all of these individuals on a job well done.  Our company would never be as successful as it is without their leadership, commitment, and determination.

Dana Douglas has been promoted to VP of Operations (Private Division).  Dana was previously the Area Manager for the company’s Tennessee region and has over 15 years of experience in the management of water and wastewater systems and 25+ years of an extensive background in multiple water/wastewater treatment facilities, distribution, and collection systems.  He started with CWS in 2022.  Dana steps into this role that was previously held by Heath Loven who recently left the company after 10 months of service. Dana’s territory includes Tennessee, Missouri, Arkansas, and Louisiana.

With the promotion of Dana, the operational regions were restructured.  Chris Carroll has now assumed the responsibility of private clients in Mississippi, in addition to his current areas of Florida, South Carolina, and Kentucky.  Chris has been with CWS since 2020 and was promoted to VP of Operations (Private Division) in September 2023.

On the Public side, James Dedge has been promoted to Project Manager of the St. Marys, Georgia team.  James has been with CWS for 7 years, first serving as the Maintenance Supervisor at CWS’s Mississippi projects, then as a Project Manager in Chatham County, Georgia, and most recently the Assistant Project Manager and Maintenance Supervisor at the St. Mary’s project in Georgia. With more than 11 years of maintenance experience, he has significant expertise in a wide range of maintenance issues, lift station rehab, electrical troubleshooting and control work, condition assessments for maintenance needs, as well as the day to day operation of the fleet maintenance and heavy equipment for CWS.

And in South Carolina, Trey Adams has been promoted to Project Manager of the Pickens team.  Trey previously served as Distribution Supervisor for CWS. He has six years of distribution experience under his belt, as well as local knowledge of the system that has helped prepare him for this new role.

Congratulations to each of you on your new role within the company!

CITY OF ST. MARYS, GA
The knowledge, dedication and professionalism of the Clearwater Solutions personnel has turned our plant operations around completely since they were hired by the City. They have taken our wastewater treatment plant from chronic monthly violations to violation free for the past several months! It truly feels like a partnership instead of just another contracted service.
