The new division of CWS – Capital Management Solutions (CMS) – has had a tremendous start, seeing significant success in only a few months. The Division seeks to assist new and existing clients with a variety of services outside of our traditional operations and management work. Experienced team members can provide a wide range of “ala carte” services such as maintenance, construction, electrical, flow monitoring/CCTV, rehab and repair of water and wastewater treatment facilities, lift station rehab or repairs, etc. Some of their most recent work includes repairing water leaks, clearing ROW for sewer repairs, clearing trees and repairing berms at lagoons, installing new control panels, upgrading digester piping, installing lift stations, dredging lagoons, laying new water lines, and performing concrete work.
According to Houston Black, the Exec. Vice President of the Division, “We are excited about what is happening in this new area of the company. We have 75 employees who are focusing on a variety of services, mainly within Louisiana, Tennessee, Florida, and Mississippi. We continue to obtain additional contracting licenses that will allow us to serve clients across our entire footprint and look forward to really building out our teams in Florida and Louisiana in the next year.”
