Mark Butler was recently promoted to Vice President of Business Development for ClearWater Solutions. Mark has been with the company since March 2022. Prior to CWS, he served as Chief Financial Officer for Madison Suburban Utility District in Tennessee (2020-22) and Registered Municipal Advisor/Chief Compliance Officer for the Tennessee Association of Utility Districts (2014-20). In this new role, Mark will be working to (i) build out his team of both internal and external resources, and (ii) develop key strategies and processes to drive growth over the coming weeks and months.
