ClearWater Solutions (CWS) is pleased to announce the promotion of Bryce Mendenhall as the new Chief Executive Officer of ClearWater Solutions.
Bryce has served as Chief Operating Officer of CWS since March 2024, providing strategic leadership for both our Public and Private Division operations. Throughout his tenure, he has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to safety, environmental compliance, operational excellence, and exceptional service delivery. His hands-on leadership style has helped strengthen our organization and position CWS for continued growth and success.
With more than 30 years of experience in the water and wastewater industry, Bryce brings extensive knowledge and expertise across both municipal and privately owned utility systems. His career has been marked by a proven ability to lead complex organizations, drive operational improvements, and build high-performing teams.
Prior to joining CWS, Bryce held several senior leadership positions with Corix Regulated Utilities, including President of Sunshine Water Services in Florida, President of the Mid-Atlantic Division, and Vice President of Operations overseeing multiple states across the Southeast. In these roles, he successfully led large-scale operations, enhanced regulatory compliance, and improved system performance across diverse service areas.
Bryce also dedicated more than two decades to public service, including 18 years as a Utilities Director, where he guided communities through growth, infrastructure improvements, and evolving regulatory requirements. His leadership style is grounded in accountability, strategic vision, and a commitment to delivering results.
As CEO, Bryce will continue to focus on strengthening our culture, supporting our employees, serving our clients and communities, and advancing the long-term success of CWS. His deep industry experience and passion for operational excellence make him uniquely qualified to lead our organization into its next chapter.
