Two ClearWater Solutions team members have taken an important step in strengthening our workplace safety and preparedness. Jordan Shuffler, Safety Coordinator and Katie Hill, Director Safety & Training, have successfully completed rigorous training and are now qualified to provide in-house CPR and First Aid training to their colleagues, making emergency life-saving skills more accessible and readily available across the organization.
The in-house CPR and First-Aid certification program will cover essential topics such as recognizing the signs of a cardiac arrest, performing chest compressions and rescue breaths, and the proper response to an event. The Safety Team plans to roll out a schedule of training sessions in the coming weeks, encouraging all employees to take advantage of this invaluable opportunity.
The dedication of our Safety Team not only strengthens our emergency response capabilities but also demonstrates our commitment to the well-being of every team member. Having in-house training means more of our employees can gain these life-saving skills, creating a safer environment for everyone.
