Congratulations to James Dedge on his promotion to Area Manager for Florida! James was most recently the Project Manager in St. Marys, GA where he has led the team of five employees providing O&M services for the city’s water and wastewater systems.
A CWS Area Manager with over nine years of service to the company, James has proven himself to be a strong leader with a desire to serve the client, the community, and his team through a partnership approach.
James understands the importance of sharing his hands-on working knowledge and attention to detail with his teams. He encourages a proactive approach to maintenance tasks, ensuring preventative measures are in place for success. His expertise was built through 13 years of experience where he was responsible for various maintenance projects, lift station rehabs, electrical troubleshooting and control work, condition assessments for maintenance needs, and the day-to-day fleet maintenance tasks.
According to Regional Director Josh Van Horn, “James’ service with ClearWater Solutions began as a Maintenance Supervisor in Mississippi before he relocated to Georgia to fulfill a Project Manager role in Chatham County and later in St. Marys. His promotion to Area Manager recognizes his expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to superior service.”
