As the CEO for ClearWater Solutions, Paul Quentel brings 27 years of executive leadership expertise to the company’s overall operations. In this capacity, Paul is responsible for helping guide the management and execution of the company’s strategic initiatives and performance objectives. He works with the company’s leaders to support all aspects of the business, including field operations, business development, finance, and M&A. Paul has been with CWS since April 2024.
Prior to joining CWS, Paul served in numerous executive leadership roles where he established a strong track record of helping companies drive growth, standardize processes, and create scalability. More recently, he served as CEO of Envirowaste Services Group, Inc. (EWSG), one of the largest providers of storm and wastewater system maintenance, repair, and rehabilitation services in the Southeast. During his time at EWSG, the company expanded dramatically from three markets in South Florida to provide services across FL, GA, SC, and NC.
In addition to his invaluable work experience, Paul holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering (Structural Engineering) from the University of Texas at Austin.
