112 Participants Complete Inaugural Manager’s Academy

The company’s first Manager’s Academy has wrapped up with 112 participants successfully completing the course.  While Katie Hill, Director of Training for CWS, developed the 2-day course objectives and led numerous topics, other key leaders presented course material related to Safety, Human Resources, Performance Management, Communication Skills, etc.

“Our first-ever Manager’s Academy was a huge success,” said Katie. “We had tremendous participation from a variety of leadership levels.  That provided some thoughtful discussions on every topic.”

As the 2024 Manager’s Academy concluded in December, the Lunch & Learn series began shortly afterwards with a discussion around Business Development and the company’s new Incentive Program for Client Leads.  The Lunch & Learn series will be ongoing and include a variety of topics such as Cybersecurity, Paycom 101, Safe Drinking Water, Budgeting, and Report Writing.

“We encourage all employees, regardless of position or title, to participate in these monthly Lunch & Learn programs as you are able,” said Katie. “More information will be coming regarding these courses and calendar invitations will be emailed to all employees ahead of each session.”
