AUBURN, AL – ClearWater Solutions is excited to announce the promotion of Ross Williams to Regional Manager of the Central States Water Resources (CSWR) in Mississippi. He was formerly a Supervisor for the CSWR projects in the Central/East Central Mississippi region. Ross holds dual certifications as a Class 2 Wastewater and Class D Water Operator.
Ross’ career began nearly 20 years ago as a Wastewater Technician before being promoted to a Wastewater Operator and later the Vice President of the company. In 2021, he was hired by Midwest Water Operations (now ClearWater Solutions) in Columbus, MS as a Supervisor. In this role, he managed a team of professionals, ensuring efficiency and compliance. He formulated policies and procedures to improve performance and worked with customers to resolve issues. Ross created schedules for each team member in order to ensure deadlines were met and facilities were fully staffed. His background
provides significant operational expertise and includes activating pumps, monitoring SCADA systems,
adjusting controls to maintain efficiency, preparing reports, maintaining logs, testing water samples,
adjusting chemicals to ensure water safety, as well as calibrating pH, DO, and chlorine meters to support
proper working order for inspections.
