We are proud to announce the promotion of Tony Guidry to Area Manager for our Louisiana operations. Tony has been a key member of our team, most recently serving as Project Manager at our Denham Springs office.
With over seven years of experience in the water and wastewater industry, Tony brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on expertise. His technical background spans the entire wastewater process—from collection to effluent treatment—and includes advanced troubleshooting skills. Beyond his technical strengths, Tony is a natural leader who is deeply committed to mentoring and training the next generation of operators. He has an extensive understanding of Louisiana’s licensing system and has provided guidance to many team members going through the certification process.
Tony holds an impressive list of Louisiana certifications including Wastewater Treatment 4, Wastewater Collection 4, Water Production 4, Water Treatment 3, and Water Distribution 3.
When asked about his goals as he embarks on this new role, Tony replied, “As a team, we pride ourselves on delivering top notch operations and maintenance service. I want to make sure that we continue in that manner – sharing knowledge, accepting input, learning from short comings, and building on that experience. Growing the next generation of leaders and operators is how we will ensure quality drinking water for future generations.”
