This project consists of the management, operation, and maintenance of the City’s Public Works infrastructure of 28 square miles, including water distribution, sewer collections, 60 lift stations, 8-1-1 locates for utilities, natural gas system, storm water maintenance, street/sign maintenance, right of way maintenance, grounds maintenance and building maintenance of 10 city-owned structures including City Hall, as well as all work orders, approved city capital projects, meter reading of 7,000 water meters and 2,100 natural gas meters, as well as customer service and billing.
