CWS is partnering with the City of Decherd, TN to provide professional O&M services for the City’s water treatment, wastewater treatment, collections and distribution systems, billing and collections. The project includes a 2.0 MGD water treatment plant and 75 miles of water distribution line to serve 1,726 customers, as well as the Nissan Plant. In addition, the team operates the wastewater treatment plant for the City’s 1,194 sewer customers and the Nissan plant, which also includes 80 miles of collection system and 22 lift stations
