CWS provides the operations and maintenance services for the Cartwright Creek facilities around Franklin, TN. The project consists of operating and maintaining multiple lagoons, an activated sludge facility, recirculating sand filter facility, collection system, and multiple lift stations located in various subdivisions, which are residential developments of single family homes around Franklin, TN. Prior to Central States Water Resources (CSWR) purchasing the systems in December 2021, the privately-owned system was in poor condition. The equipment was in disrepair and the facilities were not properly maintained. The CWS team has spent a significant effort to make repairs, improve the aesthetics, and ensure the system operates efficiently and effectively for the 1,100+ customers it serves.
