New Project Manager for CMS Division in Texas

Help us welcome Scott McCurley as the Project Manager for the CMS (Capital Management Solutions) division in Texas!

In this role, his focus will be on managing large construction projects and developing a CMS team in TX.

Houston Black, Executive VP of CMS, says “Scott brings 25+ years of construction and utility management to CMS. I am excited that he has joined our team and I look forward to working with him to grow CMS.” Scott is skilled in water, wastewater, storm drain, road works, public utilities, etc.

He also brings a wealth of experience in construction management, having owned a construction company since 2012.
