Managers Academy Wrapped up for 2025

The second annual CWS Managers Academy has officially wrapped up with 93 company leaders participating in the 2-day course.

What started in 2024 has continued to build as the CWS Managers Academy focuses on equipping company leaders – and potential leaders – with the skills and resources to help them excel in their positions.  Some of the topics covered in this year’s sessions included:

  • Delegating Responsibilities
  • Incident Management
  • Understanding Industry Specific Regulations
  • Managing Stress
  • Goal Setting
  • Building Trust & Credibility
  • Highly Effective Employee Training

“This has been another great year of learning for our managers and supervisors,” said CWS Director of Safety & Training Katie Hill.  “Thank you to everyone who attended, and to our speakers.  They put together thoughtful, relevant topics that provided engaging discussions among the participants.”

Plans are already underway for the 2026 Managers Academy which will begin in the Spring.  More information will come closer to time.

CITY OF ST. MARYS, GA
The knowledge, dedication and professionalism of the Clearwater Solutions personnel has turned our plant operations around completely since they were hired by the City. They have taken our wastewater treatment plant from chronic monthly violations to violation free for the past several months! It truly feels like a partnership instead of just another contracted service.
