Driving Innovation as We Enter Q4

As we head into the final quarter of 2025, we are well along in fulfilling one of ClearWater’s key objectives for this year—process innovation. In an industry chiefly focused on municipalities, driving efficiencies through process improvement is an important way to add value for our clients, and I’m proud to share some of the ways we’re delivering on that commitment.

Recent Innovations & Initiatives:

  • MaintainX Rollout: Our new computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) is now live at several facilities in Mississippi, North Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. It digitizes asset data, improves scheduling, enhances recordkeeping, and drives efficiency while helping prevent costly equipment failures.
  • AI + SCADA Data: We’re building predictive tools that analyze field data (such as pump activity) to anticipate issues before they arise and lower costs.
  • FlowWatch Implementation: This water information management system (WIMS) platform now captures and trends water testing results, helping clients better monitor and respond to conditions like storm events.
  • Stewardship as a Core Value: We continue to operate with an “ownership mindset,” treating every facility as if it were our own, and positioning ourselves as a true low-cost, value-driven provider.
  • Client Support Beyond Operations: From mobilizing equipment to connecting municipalities with grant resources (through partners like WFX), we’re helping clients fill gaps and unlock new funding opportunities.
  • Workforce Development: With the industry facing staffing shortages, ClearWater has certified more than 282 operators since 2019 and launched a new apprenticeship program in South Carolina to bring in and train the next generation to continue to ensure that our clients’ facilities are operating at maximum efficiency.

We remain committed to taking care of the clients and environments we manage, while delivering flexible, hands-on solutions that fit your needs. We look forward to continuing this momentum together through Q4 and beyond.
