Coosa Valley WSD Recognized for Outstanding Operations by ADEM

Congratulations to the ClearWater Solutions’ Coosa Valley Water Supply District team!  The system recently received the Area-Wide Optimization Program “Three Year Optimized Plant Award for 2022-2024”.  The award, presented by the AL Department of Environmental Management (ADEM), recognizes the outstanding commitment to excellence of operation that maximizes public health protection by achieving the optimization goals for microbial removal as established by ADEM Drinking Water Branch’s Optimization Program and the US EPA Region 4. 

CWS has proudly provided full Operations & Maintenance services to the Coosa Valley Water Supply District since October 2011. Over the years, the system has earned multiple honors for its outstanding performance, including “Best Operated Plant,” “Award of Excellence,” “Best Operated Distribution System,” and several “Area-Wide Optimization” awards—reflecting the team’s continued commitment to operational excellence.

Congratulations to the entire CVWSD team on this award, and thank you for your dedicated service in providing exceptional operations of the water treatment plant.
